Pick up a new hobby:

If you’ve suddenly got lots of time on your hands and find yourself in a bit of a void, quit the endless scrolling on your phone and take up a new hobby. You could try card making, painting, baking, gardening - the possibilities are endless! Spending time enjoying a hobby is a great way to keep your hands active and mind busy. Clean your living space:

Living in a cluttered environment can make us feel claustrophobic and weighed down even at the best of times - let alone when we’re dealing with the added stresses of Covid. Don’t wait until spring, give your home a deep clean and tackle those chores you would put off under normal circumstances.
